Construction of Wills in Australia 2nd edition is the long-awaited update to the seminal text by esteemed barrister, David M Haines QC. 

This edition covers recent developments in succession law. Surrogacy has been added to the chapter on gifts to children. New chapters on the appointment of legal personal representatives and on liabilities have been added. The chapters on failure of gift, uncertainty and costs have been rewritten extensively. A wider range of trusts is covered. A section on homemade wills and how to interpret them has been inserted. Discussion of the general principles of construction has been expanded to include the current approach adopted in State Supreme Courts.
