BPP CIMA E2 Managing Performance KIT 2024

E2 covers the fundamentals associated with the emergence of ecosystem environments. Consideration is also given to the impact that digital disruption is having on traditional organisations and how this is affecting the business and operating models that they use. E2 also examines how different styles of management and leadership can be used to improve the performance of individuals in the pursuit of realising organisational goals, and how the use of performance management concepts and techniques can be used to implement strategies effectively and efficiently. Key concepts relating to the discipline of project management are also considered, as are many of the tools and techniques used by project managers involved in project work.
