Since opening our first shop in On Lan Street in 1983, Bloomsbury has built a solid reputation as a reputable bookseller and library supplier specializing in law and business titles. We supply major law firms, universities and schools, government departments, various libraries and companies big and small in Hong Kong and China. In November 2005, The Commercial Press (HK) Ltd acquired Bloomsbury Books as an extension of its professional arm serving the legal and business communities in Hong Kong.

From 2003 to early 2006 we established a popular children's and general books section at Club Lusitano Building, making Bloomsbury a shopping destination for all the family as well as the professional community. In February 2006 we moved to smaller premises in Hutchison House. The bookshop carries the largest stock of law books in Hong Kong, in addition to a wide range of business and reference titles, as well as textbooks and reference materials for many professional examinations. Subscriptions products are also available from our Subscriptions Deparment at our head office.
